Why are CUBITS sometimes not immediately deliverable?
Based on the large amount of format possibilities and the freedom to be able to order any of the formats, certain CUBIT formats are sometimes more popular than we were able to predict. This can then lead to some delivery problems. Should it happen once that your order has a delay; we will take up contact with you as quickly as possible in order to agree upon a new delivery or pickup date with you. In the case of an eventual delay, you naturally reserve the right to cancel the purchase. Should you want to take advantage of your right to withdraw from your sales contract, please call the CUBIT hotline at +49(0)2 11.9 99 14 50.

Shipping in the rest of Germany
For nationwide deliveries we work together with UPS and Dachser (shipper). The date of shipping your order to other postal areas of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we will send to you per email. We will simply contact you by telephone and arrange an exact date with you. Your delivery will reach you a maximum of 10 work days later.

Is it possible for the customer to pick up the order himself?
You can save delivery costs by picking up the goods yourself at our cargo terminal. Pickup appointments are every week at the pickup terminal in Düsseldorf on Wednesday between 09:00 am and 6:00 pm and on Saturday between noon and 4:00:

IMPORTANT: When you pick up your goods, please show a valid identity card and the original invoice or confirmation of order. If you do not pick up the goods yourself, please make sure that an authorised person has a copy of your invoice with them.

What about return consignments? What happens if I am not satisfied?
Should it happen that a delivered article does not live up to your expectations, you can return it without any problem within 14 days. You will find further information on your right of withdrawal here!

What should I do if one or more CUBITS are damaged upon delivery?
Please remember to check the CUBITs for visible damage upon delivery. Should the packaging be damaged or should there be other obvious signs of damage, then please make a note on the letter of consignment that you accept the goods under reserve that the contents could eventually be damaged – or refuse to accept the goods and have the deliveryman take the goods with him again.

What happens to my data?
Your data are safe with us! We guarantee that we will manage your data carefully and not pass them on to third parties. A Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL)* ensuring safe transmission of all data is used when sending any data.
When collecting, processing and using data, we strictly stick to the legal provisions of Bundesdatenschutzgesetz [German Data Protection Act] and Teledienstdatenschutzgesetz [German Data Protection Act for Telecommunication Services]. You can always visit our website without leaving personal data. In some cases, however, we need information from you: in case of orders, when saving your shelf plan, for raffles, when you recommend a friend and when you contact us.

What should I do, if the confirmation of order does not arrive?
If you should not have received a written confirmation of order within 48 hours, please write a new email or call +49(0)2 11.9 99 14 50.

In which countries can you order CUBIT on the Internet?
At this point in time a direct order and delivery are only possible in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Sweden. However, we also deliver to other countries. Here we first have to calculate the shipping costs and would then contact you by telephone right away.

How can I become a CUBIT showroom partner?
Basically we do not offer customary wholesale prices. Our focus lies clearly on direct marketing. This means that our margin does not allow for distributors, which in turn assures the very attractive sales price of CUBIT. Are you interested in becoming a CUBIT showroom partner? Do you already have a much frequented shop and could you imagine integrating CUBIT there? Or do you have other ideas of how to promote CUBIT in fitting surroundings? Then we can make our Shop-in-Shop package available to you, which you can integrate into your existing salesroom. You will have a stake in the turnover generated by you in the form of attractive commissions. More information on our showroom package will be given to you during the course of a personal conversation.

Can someone help me with the planning of my CUBIT shelf?
We have made a high quality planning tool available to you on our website. This will help you to simply and uncomplicatedly plan your dream shelf. In case you would like to have your CUBIT shelf planned by our CUBIT professionals, we would have to charge you for this service. Please contact us should you wish to ascertain your request (+49(0)2 11.9 99 14 50), we will be happy to draw up an individual offer for you!

Can someone help me with the assembly of my new CUBIT shelf?
Unfortunately no, but if it were possible – then only in Düsseldorf, Cologne and surroundings. However, this should not be necessary at all. CUBIT is very simple to assemble. You do not even need tools for a stacked CUBIT shelf. Cubes that are attached to the wall only need a drill. The dowels and screws are already contained in the CUBIT set. Should you find that the goods are damaged or partly missing – in spite of intact packaging, this should be reported to our customer service per email at the very latest within 5 days after having received the goods. In order to quickly process your case, we need the following data from you: Name, customer number, telephone number, top-view and detail photographs of the Cube and a text description of the problem. We will check everything and contact you within 5 workdays.

How can I connect the CUBITS with each other?
This is not problem with the clever connector system, which allows a maximum of flexibility. Included with each cube is an envelope with MDF boards in three different sizes. These boards function as connecting elements to connect the cubes with each other. The MDF boards are simply stuck into the groove which runs along the backside of each cube – by the way – this can all be done completely without tools.

How can I attach the CUBITS onto the wall?
No problem with the drill template. Simply place the drill template on the wall, drill holes, put in dowels and screw the right metal hooks into the wall. Click here for the drilling instructions.

Who can guarantee that my CUBIT construction will bear up all the loads?
Nobody. Please rely on your common sense. Don’t drink and plan.
