Please note::
Cubit is a very bulky product, as each item has already been assembled. This is your advantage: without a big hassle you can start mounting your shelf right after unpacking.
Orders below 350¤ will be sent via UPS.
Please be advised that UPS does not offer delivery appointments. UPS will make three delivery attempts. After three failures they will give you an address where to pick up your parcel(s). Is it difficult to get hold of you during the day? Maybe you have a friendly neighbour who can accept your delivery? If yes, we recommend leaving a short message on your door.
Orders above 350¤ will be sent with our logistics partner Dachser.
A Cubit shelf for more than 350¤ is very bulky. Therefore, a shipment with a regular parcel service does not make sense for both ecological (too much packing material) and economic (time-consuming) reasons. This is the reason we send orders above ca. 350¤ with our logistics partner Dachser on pallets.
Unfortunately, Dachser delivers only to the first kerb - meaning that you will have to organize the transport into your home or office by yourself. You must keep the pallet - we ask you politely to dispose of the pallet by yourself or use it for something else. We would like to ask for your understanding, but due to Cubits volume, there is no other way to send your Cubits at a reasonable price. In comparison: Sending your Cubits using a furniture haulier will cost up to 6 times more - we would like to prevent these significant additional costs.
The delivery can be planned easily in advance. We will book a delivery aviso with Dachser. This means that their internal scheduling will call you before delivery in order to arrrange a delivery time with you (you may choose a day, plus morning or afternoon). Just ask a friend or neighbour to help you out, Cubits are not heavy (max 7kg per item). But be careful - do not carry more than two pieces at once!

Please do not come by unannounced. We will call you as soon as your Cubits are available.
We ask you to transfer the invoiced amount before pickup. However, you may also pay when picking up your goods. If you want to pay in cash, we would kindly ask you to bring the exact amount. Alternatively a payment with electronic cash is possible (please do not forget to bring your pin code)
Procedure in case of damages in transit
In case of obvious damages of the packaging or the Cubits, please take a picture of the damaged area. Additionally, please inform the deliveryman and accept the goods under reserve only! We would be very grateful for your support, because we need evidence of the damages in transit in order to make an insurance claim.
