Payment and vouchers

  • How can I pay for my order?

    • At the end of the order process, we offer you the following five payment options:

      1. Payment in advance – a classic transfer to our account:

      2. Credit card
      3. PayPal
      4. We offer cash on delivery for an order value or a goods value of more than €500
        (2.4% of the goods value, at least 14.40 €)
        Only possible in the following countries: DE, AT, NL, BE, LU, CH, DK
      5. Card payment in the event of self-collection from our warehouse in Düsseldorf
  • I have a problem with the payment process

    • If the transaction was cancelled during the credit card payment process, the drawing limit of your credit card may card be limited. Please contact your bank.

      If you received another error message, please contact our CUBIT SUPPORT TEAM.

  • How do I buy a Cubit voucher?

    • You will find the Cubit voucher in our shop. Please select the amount you would like, add this selection to your shopping cart and follow the normal order process.

      Once you have placed your order, you will receive the voucher as a PDF file by email. As soon as you have made the payment, the Cubit team will manually activate the voucher code. You will be informed of this by email. The code can then be redeemed in the shop.
