  • I can’t save my configuration. What should I do?

    • Do not close the current window on your screen. Instead, take a screenshot or a photo with your smartphone and contact our CUBIT SUPPORT TEAM.

  • I’ve forgotten my password

    • Go to the “ACCOUNT” page and click on the “Forgotten your password?” link beneath the login options. We will automatically send you a new password by email.

  • I can’t find my configuration anymore
