Built in the 19th century as the factory and administration of Vereinigte Farbwerke AG, the property has been transformed into a commercial yard with its own unmistakable charm in the Düsseldorf-Flingern industrial area. The industry has almost disappeared. On the other side of the street is the Höherweg car mile, in the immediate vicinity are TV studios, wholesale and retail outlets, craft businesses and, for example, the administration of the municipal utilities in the old Flingern power station.
